Share Fillout and Zite with your network to earn a 30% recurring commission for up to 12 months per customer on paid plans. Your referrals get 50% bonus Zite daily messages when they sign up.
Create a Fillout account (if you haven’t already). Then, click your name in the lower left corner of your dashboard and select Affiliates. You can also start from our Affiliate Program page.Click Become an affiliate.Enter your preferred referral identifier. This is the word used in your referral link, and it must be unique. If another affiliate already uses it, you’ll be asked to choose a different one.Check the box to agree not to promote your link with Google Ads, then click Create account.That’s it! Now you can share your unique referral link and track conversions in your affiliate dashboard.
To keep the program fair for everyone, affiliates must not:
Refer themselves. Signing up through your own link, or referring your own organization or another account you control, doesn’t count as a referral.
Promote their link with paid ads. This includes bidding on Fillout, Zite or Restly brand names in search ads, and sending paid traffic (such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads) to an affiliate link without our approval.
Create fake or fraudulent referrals. For example, accounts made with throwaway email addresses, many near-identical signups, or payments made with cards that don’t belong to the account owner.
Create more than one affiliate account, including a new account after a ban.
Misrepresent their relationship with Fillout or Zite, such as claiming to be part of our team.
Earn commissions from traffic that would reach us anyway, or use spam, such as forms or pages built only to promote an affiliate link.
If an affiliate breaks these rules, we may ban their affiliate account and cancel any commissions that haven’t been paid yet. Related accounts may also be banned. Affiliates who have been banned from other affiliate programs for fraud or terms violations may also be removed from ours, even before anything happens in our program.
If you think your affiliate account was banned by mistake, contact support@zite.com with your affiliate email address and a description of how you share your link.
Q: How do I get paid?Commissions are paid monthly to the payout method you connect in your affiliate dashboard. Depending on your country, you can connect a bank account, PayPal or a stablecoin wallet. Our affiliate program runs on Dub, so see Dub’s Receiving payouts guide for the methods available in your country.Q: Is there a holding period for payments?Yes, the current holding period is between 30 and 45 days. You can expect your payment to happen after the holding period.Q: Is there a minimum payout amount?Yes, the minimum amount required for payouts to be processed is $20 USD.Q: Can I customize my link?Yes, you can customize the handle/slug in your dashboard.Q: Will my referral link change?We may update the domain used for referral links. If that happens, your referral identifier stays the same, and links you’ve already shared keep working and crediting you.Q: Can I promote my link with paid ads?No. Sending paid traffic to your affiliate link or bidding on our brand names in search ads isn’t allowed and can get your affiliate account banned. Once an account is associated with a specific affiliate link, it is not possible to change the affiliate associated with it.Q: What if I forgot to use my affiliate link for a client signup?Only certified Zite Partners can ask to have a customer linked to their account after the customer has signed up. To become one, apply to the Zite Partner program.Q: Can I see which accounts I referred from my affiliate link?For privacy reasons, the affiliate dashboard anonymizes the email addresses of the users you refer. You’ll see the list of referrals with randomly generated names (e.g., “Influential Rose Frog”).
